Age has crept up on me. Apparently, I have been on this planet for 60 years. I know I've done some stuff but, 60 years worth?

I have not looked after my health as well as I could have. I don't have an exercise routine or a real handle on my diet, Maybe Its time I took control.

Realistically, I may have another 30 years to go.

Creativity

The world has changed so much, different forms of art and creativity have bloomed to a point where we are spoiled for choice.

My work life started with a trade that no longer exists. One where people manually combined film, to make plates, to print a magazine.

People with artistic talents often worked in these areas. People who could draw, design, it was very hands on and it would take days to create the final films for a magazine.

Now, with a click of a button, we can make page or cut out and image, its fantastic.
